At this pic are the real situation of the hospital in Brazil, where no one cares, neither the government nor the people that are in the street and change the protest to a big Carnaval that after are followed with a lots of destruction the shops or everything that is on the way of the protests. The people that are in the protest are only there to appear in TV and to take pics to put in the Facebook.
