Sorry! I am sick again, as always cold (flu), this time is a sore throat! I am coughing a lot!

 This is page one, but I put more effects and some background at some painel. I will start page three soon. 

 I got a very very bad week, my mother got a virus, hard cough, body pain, no appetite, she went to the hospital with my father, here is a hill, so she was walking felt dizzy and fell, so she raised up and fell again, but her back and head hit the ground.Got a injure at her head that bleed for 2 days, could but a band aid because of the point that it was. And I got the same virus 3 days ago. Two days ago  it was a hell, even to still seat at a chair is difficult.

Not Well

 

I am still with stomach ache... Hope I got better before the end of the year.

Stomach ache and more stomach ache

 Since last 12 nov, my Birthday was Nov 11th, I am with a lot of Stomach, that was because I used mayonnaise to make Natural Sandwich and I did not know that  mayonnaise really hurts hard my stomach, so not feeling well these days, I am controlling my food very hard these days, to not eat anything that could cos more pain... Hope I get better at Christmas.  I cannot eat Mayonnaise and Ketchup, they are like poison for me.

Good Ideias, Bad Results and Very Sicky...

 

Well. After discover that the troubles that I was facing it was because of blood pressure and not an Eternal Cold (flu). I made my birthday Cake, it is like a tradition for me. Of course I ate a lot. After that I started to eat Natural Sandwich to try to lose weight. So I discovered by the worse way that Mayonnaise makes bad for my stomach, so I am really, really feeling bad, my stomach is pain, hard, swollen. So I already know that Ketch up really makes me have a lot of stomache, now it is mayonnaise too. And this combined with the high blood pressures...

Only hope that the next year I can lose some weight and have my blood pressures get low...

Usually before my birthday day bad things happened, this time it happened after... 

That is life...

Blood Pressure Trouble

 

More than 2 years I have suffered a lot with fever, I thought that it was some kind of hard cold (flu), but I finally discovered that that trouble is other.

Blood Pressure...

The pressure of my body is high and I did not know that, this is because I got a lot of weight and I don´t walk or make exercises regularly!  Now I started to take medicine to control my blood pressure, hope that I can lose weight or I will be screw...

My birthday is at 11/11...
