Good Ideias, Bad Results and Very Sicky...

 

Well. After discover that the troubles that I was facing it was because of blood pressure and not an Eternal Cold (flu). I made my birthday Cake, it is like a tradition for me. Of course I ate a lot. After that I started to eat Natural Sandwich to try to lose weight. So I discovered by the worse way that Mayonnaise makes bad for my stomach, so I am really, really feeling bad, my stomach is pain, hard, swollen. So I already know that Ketch up really makes me have a lot of stomache, now it is mayonnaise too. And this combined with the high blood pressures...

Only hope that the next year I can lose some weight and have my blood pressures get low...

Usually before my birthday day bad things happened, this time it happened after... 

That is life...

More than 2 years I have suffered a lot with fever, I thought that it was some kind of hard cold (flu), but I finally discovered that that trouble is other.

The pressure of my body is high and I did not know that, this is because I got a lot of weight and I don´t walk or make exercises regularly!  Now I started to take medicine to control my blood pressure, hope that I can lose weight or I will be screw...

Recovered a Little.

 

The Pass few weeks were terrible for me, I got a really hard cold. I am still feeling bad, but I got better. My vigor bar got filled... I spent a lot of money with medicine, unfortunately...

Less fever, just a little.

 

The last weeks were like a hell for me, I am feeling a lot of fever, just got a little better today. But it is still complicated.

Diaper Rash

 

I was with a very hard cold (flu), so the fever was high, he at Rio de Janeiro, we are having low temperatures at morning between 13 to 17 degrees.  So I was using a trousses with a heavy fabric. I was feeling a little itching between the legs. When than I noticed after 10 days, the the are around the legs were very red, almost dark, that was Diaper Rash (the same that baby has), so it is causing a lot of fever, just image being with 17 degrees and I need a fan to cool down my temperatures. That really make my sleeping time even harder, not my hour of sleeping is really turned down. I got on a hard diet to lose weight and eating a lot of vegetables, hope that could help with my temperatures troubles.
